This issue presents a collection of studies highlighting innovative and student-centered approaches in science education to enhance 21st-century learning outcomes. The articles examine the effectiveness of the Think-Pair-Share model within a Flipped Classroom to promote students' cognitive change, the implementation of Discovery Learning to strengthen critical thinking skills, the development of a Guided Discovery-based student worksheet integrated with ethnoscience, and the validation of an acid–base laboratory manual incorporating ethnoscience and chemo-entrepreneurship. Collectively, this issue reflects a strong commitment to advancing science education through innovative pedagogy, contextual and culturally responsive learning, and the cultivation of higher-order thinking skills, scientific literacy, and meaningful learning experiences.
